- Do not Strong Hair products; eg. Shampoos targeted for Dandruff or any Hair products with Sulfates and Parabens
- Do not Bleach Hair, preferably use hair colors without ammonia
- Avoid swimming pools with high chlorine
How often should one do it?
The results last for 4-6 months depending on how the hair is maintained.
